Role Overview
At Codeiq Technology, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive who understands how digital presence turns into real business. This role is for someone who can execute, experiment, learn fast, and grow with a tech-driven company offering web, software, app development, branding, and digital marketing solutions.
You’ll work closely with founders, designers, and developers to shape how Codeiq is seen, discovered, and chosen.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, and content
- Manage and grow Codeiq’s online presence (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and coordinate content for blogs, case studies, landing pages, and service pages
- Support lead generation activities and track campaign performance
- Work with designers to plan creatives, banners, and marketing assets
- Research competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities
- Assist in email marketing, outreach, and basic marketing automation
- Measure results and suggest improvements based on data

- Improved visibility and engagement across key platforms
- Consistent content flow aligned with Codeiq’s services
- Better-quality inbound leads
- Clear understanding of what marketing channels work best for Codeiq
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business, or similar
- Good written communication skills (English)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with B2B or IT services marketing
- Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of paid ads (Google / Meta)
- Experience working with startups or remote teams
